GETTING TO MEDIATION

Often, parties to a dispute will have contractually agreed at the onset of their relationship to resolve disputes through mediation and/or arbitration. In some instances, counsel may recommend mediation as a means of resolving a dispute before putting the result in the hands of the court. In some cases, even the court may require parties to seek mediation before going to trial.

JRS MEDIATION SERVICE

My practice begins with a brief interview with each party. During this time, we will determine if this case is suitable for me to mediate. Each party must feel comfortable with me as an unbiased and impartial mediator in order for the mediation to proceed.

GETTING STARTED

Feel free to call or text with questions or to arrange for a meeting. I do Zoom and in-person meetings if appropriate. Due to COVID -19 restrictions, face masks and social distancing required for in-person meetings.
